And it all begins the moment Cindy walks in.

Settle in. Answers will come. Just not all at once.

Episode 1: “Something’s Coming” 

Yesterday? That box absolutely was not there. Technically, I’m the one who moved it there - but that’s not the point. The point is… nobody was supposed to notice it that fast.

Cindy did, though. Of course she did. Cindy notices everything: missing price tags, crooked picture frames. Stopping at that box for exactly two seconds changed the trajectory of my entire morning.

Because… meet Sharon.

Sharon notices more. Sharon noticed Cindy noticing the box — and that’s when things became tricky. Sharon doesn’t need evidence. Sharon reads vibes. The second something feels off, she’s already three conclusions ahead of everyone else.

Meanwhile, Elijah walked past carrying packing tape. Which normally wouldn’t mean anything… except nobody knew why he had tape. Including, I think, Elijah.

This place runs on organized chaos. We all have our roles: Sharon keeps the front perfect — nothing out of place. Cindy keeps us grounded and on task. Elijah is our fearless leader who should have all the answers…

And me? I move things around and hope nobody asks questions. Usually, that works. But the second Sharon narrowed her eyes at that box, I knew we were in trouble. One box. One suspicious box. In one very noticeable spot. Creating a very unnecessary amount of curiosity.

By the end of the day, everybody had questions. Nobody had answers. And that box was becoming a bigger deal than I ever intended.
